Andrew Snowden, the Conservative’s Council Candidate for Wheelton and Withnell in 2016, who led a series of campaigns on dangerous driving, dog-fouling, flooding and spending on rural areas, will continue his fight as our County Council candidate for the new Lancashire County Council Division Hoghton with Wheelton.
Andrew said “I am absolutely delighted to continue to stand up for the community I live in. I loved being the candidate for Wheelton and Withnell, working with so many residents on issues which were simply not being addressed properly. I’m going to continue to fight for the improvements these communities need, which Labour are failing to deliver on.”
Andrew is continuing to work with residents to deliver results across Brindle, Clayton le Woods North, Hoghton, Wheelton and Withnell.
He added, “It’s time for real change in this area. I can be a strong, local voice at County Hall and make a difference for local residents.”
