Fifteen members of Conservative Future today came to Chorley to help campaign for the Lancashire County Council elections. They also came to give support to their new Chorley Conservative Branch. Also joining them were local members and candidates supporting their campaigns.
Rob Loughenbury, Chorley's parliamentary candidate said "Today a great team of young activists came together to support our Lancashire County Council campaign. It is also hugely positive news that a new Chorley Conservative Future team has been established and is growing rapidly. The Conservative Party is in rude health in the North West."
Qualifying members aged under 30 of the Chorley Conservatives Association have this week been balloted to select Chorley CF's new chair to see through their growth. The result will be decalred on Monday 11th March 2013.
