Conservatives from the Abbey Village, Brinscall, Heapey,Wheelton, and Withnell areas have joined together and agreed to re-form as the Wheelton, Withnell and Pennine Ward Branch of the Chorley Conservative Association.
Officers are Mrs Pat Case CBE as Chairman, Cllr Alison Hansford, Cllr Marie Gray, David Moran and Mathew Hansford.
