Chorley Conservatives have launched their new limited-period monthly supporters club, with a suggested subscription as little as just £1.15 per week. Paid by standing order, the plan allows supporters to contribute towards the campaigning of Chorley Conservatives up to 2015, the year of the next general election.
Chairman Peter Malpas said "We rely of many small donations to fund our activities. Because Chorley is just one of 40 target seats we need to win to achieve a Conservative majority, we're looking for every opportunity to help achieve that goal. Just £5 a month up to May 2015 could make all the difference."
