Volunteers joined County Councillor Alan Cullens (second left) this morning to help deliver his latert newsletter, this time in the Brinscall and Abbey Village areas.
Alan Cullens, who represents Lancashire's Hoghton with Wheelton Division, is currently the Chairman of Lancashire County Council.
