Budget proposals for Chorley Council have been published today ahead of next weeks Council meeting. The Conservative Council plans to freeze Council Tax for their third year, helping to fund PCSO's in Chorley, investing in £266,000 in Chorley town centre and freezing of daily car parking charges.
